(hereinafter “SILFIDUCIA” or “we”), an SIL Group company, which has its registered office at Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo 6, 5º, Lisboa, with a share capital of €50.000 (fifty thousand euros) and VAT number 501203710, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry under no. 56228, bearer of AMI licence no. 649, issued by the Instituto dos Mercados Públicos, do Imobiliário e da Construção I.P. -The corporate purpose of the company is real estate agency and it is one of the leading national names in this sector.

As data controller, SILFIDUCIA is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website and which concerns the Alcântara Development real estate agency services.

SILFIDUCIA collects all the data sent to us using the contact forms available on this site. We process your name, telephone number and e-mail address.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or exercise any of the above-mentioned rights unless the request is obviously baseless, repetitive or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We will do our best to reply to all your requests within a period of one month. However, it may take longer if your request is particularly complex but, in this case, we will inform you.

 

Who do we share your data with?

It is not envisaged that your data will be communicated to third parties. However, if this is the case, SILFIDUCIA will ensure that the third parties in question undertake to process your data solely and only for the purposes mentioned above.

We may also disclose your personal data to the authorities responsible for enforcing the law, government or public entities and other third parties which demand that we comply with any statutory or regulatory requirements.

 

How long is the personal data stored?
